I have always had a love for photography. Growing up with family members who are photographers, always gave me the opportunity to become exposed to the different styles of photography. When I turned 16, I got my first SLR 35mm camera. I was in love and never put it down! (I still have it, he he) In high school I started shooting locally for girls who wanted glamour/portrait shoots to start their modeling portfolios. From there I also experimented with B&W and took up the use of a darkroom and learned to develop all my own work. Bounced to digital and back again. Digital is fun and I love photo editing, but I will always love 35mm! Then later on in college I took a few photography courses and won an award for one of my B&W portraits.
